Dr goold is very attentive, great listener, give me options for treatment. I really liked him a lot and felt very comfortable with his care.

I was going in for my second appointment with Dr. Alex Kosloff. Appointment was just to follow up…read moreon the labs that I had done. I arrived early and when I went to my appointment, he refused to see me. He wanted me to waste more gas drive 30 miles back to my home to get my prescription medication's that he just saw two weeks. I explained that no one told me that I needed to bring my medication's to every visit and he refused to budge and told me he was not going to see me. So I said I'm not going back to get my medication's and I'm not coming back here again to see you. Completely unprofessional to do that to not even just let it slide for one time. Never in my life have I ever had a doctor do this or treat me or anyone else this way. Someone should've told me that I needed to bring the medication's every time instead of turning me away and thinking that I was going to run home and waste more gas for his little self.

This was a terrible experience. In the waiting room for over an hour to establish a PCP, what ever…read moretook a while that's fine I asked once the one hour hit. Was taken back got initial vitals and sat in the room for 30 to 45 min then waited to speak to DNP Maria Neeley. Initially she entered the room sat in the chair and thumbed through my paperwork. She spoke to a prescription I have set up with a podiatrist and said "who gave you that" I said my podiatrist and she goes "well I will NOT be prescribing that to you" it's not a narcotic and an NSAID. I'm like um ok? What's with this tone and attitude? And I'm looking at her and her body language is expecting a fight or push back so I go why are you saying it like that? She goes "you need a pain clinic I can refer you there. I am not prescribing you anything are we proceeding?" She's treating me like a drug seeker when all I want to do is establish a PCP. I express concern about my left arm for weakness and express I do not need ER because I know it can be cardiac but it's just weakness from use and not basically no response to that and she was hung up on the fact I was getting a referral. Overall felt as tho I was treated like a thorn in her side when all I wanted was to establish a PCP. No way in hell am I going to be going back there. I would have been fine with the wait if I wasn't treated like that from the provider. I do not know of the other providers in that office but if they are like that one stay the fuck away from this place. This doc should be getting out of medicine if that's how she's going to enter into a room. Absolutely ridiculous all around. She needs to learn how to speak to patients and understand how to explain how her practice works without coming off as condescending and inconvenienced from my presence.

This is the closest hospital near me that takes my insurance. I've had multiple bad experiences…read morehere. When my dad was dying of his dementia he was in the hospital here for a month ish and they took horrible care of him. Every time we visited him he hadn't been cleaned and his diaper was never changed. I understand that he was a difficult patient considering his condition however there is never a good excuse to leave a patient in his own feces for hours on end. As a caretaker myself that is never okay. January 17th, 2025 I had a miscarriage that lasted 11 days. I went to the emergency room mid miscarriage because I was in a lot of pain and bleeding tremendously and they didn't see me for 8 hours. Then by the time all the tests and everything were over they said they couldn't confirm that it was a miscarriage (even though it was painfully obvious) and that all they could confirm was that the baby was no longer in my uterus. On top of that they were cold and heartless when they finally told me the baby wasn't there anymore. It was the worst day of my life, they could have been a little more sensitive rather than just trying to get me out of the room. I also went to the er last night for a workplace incident which is what I led with and the nurse not only didn't put the right info about what my symptoms were but she didn't start the workplace incident paperwork so now instead of being on bedrest for my mild traumatic brain injury like I'm supposed to be, I have to go back to the hospital to start and fill out the paperwork so I can put in for my workmans comp. My last complaint to date is that last week I went in with symptoms related to placental abruption. Considering I'm in a high risk pregnancy with placenta previa already diagnosed they SHOULD HAVE done an ultrasound to make sure that the placenta hadn't detached. But instead he told me that he "Didn't see a reason for an ultrasound" even though my OBGYN is the one who sent me to the emergency room to begin with. If it weren't the only place close enough for an emergency I would never use this hospital.
