During my first appointment, Dr. S quickly identified the issue as PTTD Stage II. He thoroughly explained the diagnosis, answered my questions, and helped me understand what had likely been causing symptoms that had affected me for years. One memorable moment was when he pointed out the protrusion on the inside of my right foot and commented that it was one of the worst he'd seen. I can honestly say that wasn't an honor I was hoping to earn! Thankfully, he followed that statement with solutions and a clear treatment plan. What I appreciated most was how focused he was on helping me maintain my mobility and quality of life. My husband Dwight and I first came to Washington in 2015 for a healthcare travel assignment. One of our favorite photos was taken at a Mount Rainier viewpoint during that trip. More than a decade later, we still spend our free time exploring the Pacific Northwest, hiking, photographing wildlife, visiting lighthouses, and chasing beautiful views. Dr. Sheikhizadeh came into to the exam room within minutes of me getting in there( which almost never happens in most doctor offices !!!) However, towards the end of last year, they gave me a bill for all the co-pays I never paid, even going back to Dr. Les because of "a mistake that took place before he(Reald) took over." I never knew I had a copay until last year when I got the bill. I paid them $673 after the "wonderful" $400 discount they gave me. It had been brought to my attention that they SHOULD NOT HAVE gotten any money from services they did not provide and when I confronted him on this on friday March 13th and asked him if he had given my money to Dr. Les since it was him who provided the service and Reald said, "well no, i havent given him the money yet." You can go down the street and pay $122 for a 2 hr massage! I haven't tried them yet, but now I will. I have gone to see Don twice now at the casino for deep tissue massage. He knows where everything hurts. 55 minutes is not enough to do upper and lower body. So, he mainly focuses on my neck, back, and shoulders. I have some medical conditions that cause lots of lactic acid buildup pain. I wish they offered a package or at least a 2 hr massage. Don is an older petite gentleman with thumbs of gold. He worked out lots of pain and tension from weeks of leaning into my computer. I always tipped $40 or more. He is a contractor. There are no benefits and hourly pay. They have not allowed group spa appointments. They do allow couples massages. You have to go to the gift shop. The attendant then walks you behind the gift shop into a women's locker room. You can change into a robe, and there is a shower and bathroom. You can lock up your clothes and valuables. You will be given slippers for walking around. There is a nice waiting room to wait for your therapist. There is cold and hot water for tea. There is a gas fireplace and 2 loveseats. Upon your arrival, there will be an intake form. After 2 visits and 1.5 weeks apart.. Don went through all my medical history again. I suppose they have strangers and not regulars often? He didn't recognize me from the last massage. You have to fill this form out everytime. Front and Back. The massage rooms can be loud from people talking and walking through the hallways. It can be a bit annoying. They used Native American flute music for the mood setting. The massage tables are heated. The pros.. clean facilities and experienced massage therapist Don. The cons.. they won't remember you. It would be great to have more services for the price. 2 hrs would be amazing with Don. If you have disposable income and need a deep tissue massage.. Don is your guy at the casino. I have them as a backup. I will be trying other massage locations.
