I set up my session back when my life was normal, back before my husbands cancer diagnosis. But how…read moreeasily life can take a turn and within weeks it was doctors appointments, chemo and scans. So I went back and forth on rescheduling. But I knew a part of me wanted so feel normal for a little bit. I kept my date and was excited before I got in. Once I got inside a) it's beautiful, the space just screams sexy and relax! B) the atmosphere that Karen creates there is so positive and energetic! I was starting to get excited, had my makeup done and looked amazing same with my hair! Then on to picking out the outfit an getting ready to start! Any anxiety or fear disappeared! I felt finally like the woman I had been before kids, before cancer. Karen made sure to help me look my best and feel my best with each photo. After the shoot we got to see the pictures and WOW! I have never been so happy to see my pictures taken. I felt so empowered and ready to take on the world. I hope to do it again as it's the funnest self car thing I've ever done for myself!
