Since Monday, I have been coming home around 6:30-7:00 PM every evening to water coming from the utility closet and dripping from the ceiling. Each time I called, Steve or Davonta have been the ones showing up, explaining what is happening, and making sure I understood the situation. You may want to consider one of them for the Maintenance Supervisor position because they have demonstrated good communication, responsiveness, and concern for the residents.

I asked him about the broken bricks before finalizing everything and he stated that they will replace any damaged brick if it's only a handful of them. He then denied everything what I asked him before and claimed he didn't say that at all. Then at the end of the phone conversations, the nerve of him to even told me If that 34 bricks is that important to you, I will bring it to you when he gets a chance! I was beyond upset and not happy with him after that conversation and I told him, yes! It is very it's very important or else I won't be calling him regarding this issues. Despite of asking him all my main concerns about broken bricks, returns and etc policy before finalizing my order. i also asked the two lady at the front office where I paid for it same questions I asked Michael and Loretta told me yes, they will replace any broken bricks. We came in here just for service, we were looking to fill/patch/hide/put under a rug a hole in our…read morefloors from some unplanned home renovations, and one of our first stops was Lumber Liquidators. The thing is, we have a gap in our hardwood. We'd hoped to patch it with the same kind of wood, or something similar enough that it wouldn't stand out *too* much if we filled in the gap. The problem? We didn't know what kind of wood it was. D'oh. Here, this Lumber Liquidators was awesome. We came in, asked about their "scrap" wood (because we only needed two square feet, tops) and to see if they could identify the wood from a loose piece. They immediately recognized what kind it was, and were very informative about their scrap flooring. In the end, they didn't have what we needed. But they were quick, polite, and efficient in answering all of our questions and hearing what we wanted/needed. They told us about their products and services, answered our questions, and let us check out the inventory a bit. No hard sell, not even a second's hesitation - they were great. I will be back when we need to re-floor something larger, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend these guys to anyone looking at flooring!
