I've had vertigo for eight days and was seeking help. My hearing, balance, crystals, etc. were tested. The ENT center is located a few blocks from a freeway exit. There is a large parking lot with handicap ramps, bathrooms, etc. Easy check-in process even for a new patient. The assistants and interns were all friendly and professional. It's obvious this is a good place to work. I didn't have to wait long (in a nice lounge) between procedures, and set up future appointments a week out. Not bad. Dr. Anderson was thorough with the exam, asked many questions, listened to my concerns, and gave me printed information about my health problem. I feel like they will all keep working with me for treatment until the issue is resolved.

I then asked her if my son could come and get his ears cleaned (since he can't hear), if she has an opening. She did have an opening and even helped my son when he arrived shortly after closing. I recently exper something that may impact the healing process of my treatment and wished to speak with someone qualified to give me advice on scheduling a last minute appointment or perhaps a prescription I no longer am taking. The front desk staff not only spoke to me in a disrespectful patronizing tone but they and the MA I spoke with were very dismisive of my concerns and gave the attitude of "what do you want me to do about it." My treatment is related to my ability to hear, and should be addressed with prompt care. Im sure the individuals who treated me this way would feel the same had they been in my shoes.

Very detailed in her explanations of issues with the ear and answers any questions you have without making you feel rushed. On a trip to Cuba, right after we landed, I started having trouble with my left ear. It was like when you are on a plane or when you drive up the mountain your ears plug up until the "pop" or you make them pop by yawning. I had that feeling for days. I just couldn't get my ear to pop. It was like there was water in it. After a few days I couldn't take it anymore so I had a Cuban Dr make a house call at the hotel. The Dr (through a translator) said I had wax in my ear and gave me some drops. The drops didn't help at all. As soon as I got home I saw Amanda and within seconds she pull out the wax and I felt instant relief. Why the Dr in Cuba didn't remove the wax, I don't know , but before any international travel, I always go see Amanda now for a check on my ears. I don't ever want to be that miserable again.

As a person who has dealt with some severe allergy issues for years and been to numerous allergy…read moreclinics, I feel like I can write with a fair bit of authority here. Dr. Palmer, well, he is ok. Doctors are doctors and they are better than everyone, right? It's his support staff of nurses, techs and nurse practitioner Nancy who make this clinic run smoothly and such a wonderful place to come for treatment. I love the way they do their allergy testing. It is so much more thorough and safe than other places I have been. They don't just do the scratch tests, they do individual injections of a tiny microscopic drop of each serum. It takes a lot longer, but it is way more accurate. For food allergies, they sent me for RAST tests beause they have a policy that skin tests for food allergies can be too dangerous. I am currently undergoing a 3-5 year immunotherapy treatment plan. For you inexperienced (lucky) un-allergic folks, that is weekly allergy shots to hopefully reduce or cure my symptoms. I go to the clinic once or twice a week and get two shots each visit, one in each arm. Allergy shots are very expensive, even with insurance, but this clinic makes it affordable and lets you carry a balance and pay it off in bits as you go along. They wouldn't deny you your shot if you couldn't pay that day. I never thought I could get allergy shots because of the cost but this clinic made it possible for me. Their hours for shots are on a walk-in basis and I have never had to wait. I walk in, sign in and I am always called back to be injected before I even have a chance to sit down. In and out and back to work in no time, I love it. Another big plus to this office is that down the road there is a potential option to continue your treatment from home by giving yourself the injection and only coming into the office periodically for check ups and supplies! If you suspect you have allergies, get tested at Dr. Palmer's office. If you already know you have allergies and want to get better, consider immunotherapy. It will change your life.

Having an allergy is like having a chronic disease... if left on treated. Unbelievably after a couple years of getting the shots... I am now cured of my allergies. So if offered a choice of getting the shot or simply treating the symptoms I would go for the shots. I will agree with the other reviewer were here that it is difficult getting through to the appointment desk when you want to make an new patient appointment, but I personally don't think it's fair to give a doctor one star for the shortcomings of his staff and answering service. Bottom line: Dr. Rosenberg is one of the best allergists around.

I have made two phone calls a week apart giving the office person plenty of time to return my call, which they say is returned in the order in which they are received. NO ONE has had the courtesy of returning my call. If you are so busy that you can't return a phone call in two weeks you need to rethink your process and tell people you are not accepting any more new patients and stop wasting peoples time. My time is as important as yours. I will be looking for an office who has the time and the consideration to talk to me.

After a week on the prescription I knew it was not going to work for me, because it was effecting my mood. So, I called and spoke to the PA Brittany. She told me to try it one more week. It was awful. Again, I called and she said she could see me after Memorial Day weekend. This is about a month into the run around, and no weight loss. They told me I had to pay another 100.00 to come in the switch back to the other prescription. I explained I didn't have the funds to just throw away and they wouldn't help me. I thought they were about wellness and wellbeing. I just felt they kept putting me off to just get more money from me. If this is their motto, I'm don't with Vincent. I recommend going somewhere else for this UPDATE* Vincent Surgical Arts called me this weekend and gave me a full refund. They said they brought the situation forward to their team, discussed recent events and said they were worried about my well being during this time. (Covid) thank you to them for reconsideration of the refund. It's really appreciated.
