After…read morepurchasing over $100 worth of ph stabilizer, pool shock, clarifier, algicide and chlorine and using them exactly as instructed by the staff my pool is way worse of than when I started. I have yellow murky water now. I called the store and explained the situation. Their solution was for me to either wait a week and see what happened, or bring another pool water sample in and they would sell me some more chemicals. At this point I'm better off draining my pool and starting again. What a waste of money! I do not recommend this store or their employees.

I contacted the pool installer to see if they could come give me tutorial on the equipment they installed but couldn't even get a call back. I contacted at-least 5 other pool companies for a tutorial/inspection and quote for weekly service. One told me to take pictures and come to their store (not helpful), 1 setup appointment but were no show. The other 3 wouldn't return calls or emails. First coast contacted me back within hours of my request and came out 2 days later. The owner was super friendly and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. Ended up setting up a weekly service to get pool under control. I may end up taking it over myself once I understand it more but they are so friendly I may just keep the weekly service. They have been here twice now, pool is clean, equipment is working and provide a email service report each week with photo of pool, chemical readings and summary of the chemicals added and services rendered. Highly recommend this growing company if you need pool service!!
