I"ve used this companies outdoor furniture shrink wrap service for the past 3 years. This year. They have rescheduled and not shown up four times. Every time, I had to call them to find out what happened. This final time, I was told that they were understaffed and trying to get the work done. I'm sure they have larger jobs than mine, but as a repeat customer I expected better treatment and maybe to be made a priority after the third rescheduling. Terrible Service- hired Benny's Services & solution to shrink-wrap my patio furniture in October 2023. After unwrapping my patio furniture, I discovered mold and water damage. Called and spoke to his sales rep 3 times- He assured me Benny would contact me. To date, he has never returned my call. read more

Update: touch ups were completed- much happier. First 80% of painting the interior of our house job: Good! More questions than I would've liked about what color goes where, not the cleanest crew and not always advanced notice about timing, but the job got done. Last 20% of the paint job: First round of touch ups was subpar. I have now been following up almost weekly for months (literally 4 months) and cannot get Benny to show up to walk through my concerns or someone to show up to complete the work. Drip marks on the wall, completely uneven trim lines, discolored touch up areas, sloppiness all around. Really disappointing as I always paid cash promptly. Highly recommend using another vendor and/or withhold a large amount until touch ups are complete. read more

We definitely will not recommend Benny's Services and Solutions; we suggest potential customers watch for red flags!! There were many! Very poor work ethics and very poor customer service and respect on the part of management. Their employees are hardworking and did a good job with the tools that they had but had minimum guidance and supervision! There was no initial assessment of work we requested. The job we requested was to power wash the deck, repair as needed, and staining! They committed to this. Initially they sent the wrong stain for the deck because they did not give us samples or check out the supplies needed in person. Benny eventually brought samples, saw the rotted railings and said he would arrange repairs for an extra price. (If he had come to do an initial assessment in person, he would have seen that and incorporated that in the work plan and schedule). He never got back to us with a work plan for the railing. Deck was sanded and stained including rotted railings! We paid the initial down payment and then for each segment as work was completed and as requested. Our furniture was never put back on the deck after drying. Benny's took our money, never came back to address our issues and complaints despite numerous contacts with Benny and Greg. Greg made an appointment and never showed. We have been totally ignored. Finally, after several weeks of waiting for Benny's, we had to hire someone to help put our furniture back! And now we will need to hire a reputable company to do the repair job. read more

Just powerwashed my entire house. I cannot be happier. Results were outstanding. My house looks new! Benny and his staff are professional, trustworthy, and courteous, Their prices are excellent.
