He was extremely knowledgeable and easy going. Once I made my purchase he carefully packaged the Cigars and even threw in a complimentary box of matches (which I assume is the standard) I left feeling as if I learned about a subject that I intially cared nothing about. I took it back today saying I used it for a couple days, and I'd like store credit instead of a return because it's used, but I'm unhappy. The cashier texted the manager and kept saying he won't allow it because it's opened and used. I explained the store isn't refunding me, but I just don't want this product anymore in exchange for something else. The manager - who doesn't even show up to the store by the way - was just worried about making money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I used to come here for years for vapes and then they jacked up the prices, so I went to the gas station next door. This is my first experience back after 2 years of not being a customer, and I'm glad they reminded me why I don't shop there. Their only concern is money, and it's obvious.
