I took it back today saying I used it for a couple days, and I'd like store credit instead of a return because it's used, but I'm unhappy. The cashier texted the manager and kept saying he won't allow it because it's opened and used. I explained the store isn't refunding me, but I just don't want this product anymore in exchange for something else. The manager - who doesn't even show up to the store by the way - was just worried about making money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I used to come here for years for vapes and then they jacked up the prices, so I went to the gas station next door. This is my first experience back after 2 years of not being a customer, and I'm glad they reminded me why I don't shop there. Their only concern is money, and it's obvious. Typical for these types of managers, but disappointing nonetheless.

Okay, not really, but pretty close. I've made the mistake of buying rolling supplies from a couple other places in town, and ended up paying 3X what I know I should. $3.50 for a box of tubes? You have to be kidding me. I'm glad this place is around. Now I can get a 1 lb bag of loose tobacco and whatever else I need without having to drive to the burbs. Honestly, I'm not surprised they have a decent selection - what else would they fill up this space with? How else would they keep open in downtown Hamtramck?
