The salesmen was hard to get in touch with at times but seemed to act on my voicemails at least. They have separate crews for everything so getting people to show up was a small challenge that added about a week to the expected timeframe. Biggest problem was none of them took their trash away (or leftover materials). I was stuck with a truck load of drywall sraps to dispose of myself and filled my trash can with the remainder of the random trash generated by the rest. I would hire again though and just have a dumpster onhand.

The discussion included the approximate time it would take to complete the project along with the different stages involved, and what was expected of us. It was truly amazing to watch each crew as they performed their "phase" of the construction. The workers were all professional and respectful. Each crew worked in concert with the other (weather permitting), and every phase completed appeared to be seamless. We were kept abreast of what was happening, and of what would happen next, and "John" was impressive. He was courteous, and shared details with us. He would also do follow-up to ask if a job had been completed, and to ask if we were satisfied with the results. I love my walk-in closet, and Sentry Construction was truly interested in customer satisfaction. The completed renovations exceeded our expectations. I would have gave him 5 stars, but it felt like he was rushing in the beginning to get things done and damaged our irrigation lines(which I had marked and exposed to show their average depths). He also ran into the 6" well head that was sticking up about 14" above grade. The good news is he repaired every bit back to new again, which I was very pleased with. His concrete crew was the best I had ever seen! Pored and finished to perfection 5 truck loads of concrete in about 6 hours! Our new driveway looks so ooo good! I will call John again for more concrete projects.
