He did measurements, and then made an appointment to come back and discuss the process. The discussion included the approximate time it would take to complete the project along with the different stages involved, and what was expected of us. It was truly amazing to watch each crew as they performed their "phase" of the construction. The workers were all professional and respectful. Each crew worked in concert with the other (weather permitting), and every phase completed appeared to be seamless. We were kept abreast of what was happening, and of what would happen next, and "John" was impressive. He was courteous, and shared details with us. He would also do follow-up to ask if a job had been completed, and to ask if we were satisfied with the results. I love my walk-in closet, and Sentry Construction was truly interested in customer satisfaction. The completed renovations exceeded our expectations. They constantly had excuses for why they didn't come out as much as they agreed to. They upcharged me saying they would do turn maintenance (take care of weeds) and they did not. The final straw was that their weed eating damaged my siding. When I called to ask what they were going to do to fix it they never called back. I complained to the BBB; the companies response was that the damage was there prior to me starting with their company. I have pictures to prove that it was not. They clearly do not take responsibility for their actions and provide a subpar product.
