They cut the lines to my old ac condenser for the install and never told me. Was a nice surprise to find in the spring. I tried to use them one last time to bleed a boiler after not being able to find ANYBODY else. They waited 3 weeks until the the day before the appointment to cancel and say they wouldn't come because I was upset about my previous service.
