I asked him what was Penndot's main headquarters number. Because I wanted to ask his associate if I could run it there myself instead of waiting 3 weeks and get it done the same day. Then he told me to get out your phone and google it and to put on your big boy pants trying to humiliate me. My mother was so offended and said wait a minute sir that was really rude. I was just trying to talk to this man politely and he was being nothing but rude and obnoxious. Everything I asked his younger associate he chimed in with a smart ass remark. So then he asked the person he was on the phone with that was apparently more knowledgeable about this process and it turns out I could run the title up there myself and flip it the same day! So, I said well thank you I will just do that then at this point I just wanted to get away from this man and then upon walking out he had the nerve of saying "how's that for being rude."Completely obnoxious this man should be ashamed of himself treating people like this how unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone going to this place unless you wanted to be insulted, disrespected and humiliated.

I've been in there times where they've gone above and beyond by getting me a tracking number on a package that I didn't purchase tracking for, just to ensure my package is on the correct path so I can update my customers. To top it off, I've never once been given a gift as a customer of an establishment. I remember last year I walked in the door a few weeks before Christmas and I was told to wait a second. Both Mindy and Scott had a bunch of Bag's with gifts inside of them I'm assuming for customers. I was given a specific bag because two years prior we were talking about how I was from New Jersey. Such a little detail they remembered about me, they got me a bottle of wine from a New Jersey Vineyard and said happy holidays and sent me on my way. Love these guys!

I'm sitting at a red light on the 29th day out of 30 days that I should've had something notarized. I looked up and there was Zane Insurance Service. There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes.
