I'm sitting at a red light on the 29th day out of 30 days that I should've had something notarized. I looked up and there was Zane Insurance Service. There was free parking and a clear sign they could do provide the service I desperately needed. How convenient. Yes!! I went inside and a very kind young lady quickly asked a few questions just to determine the type of document needed. She kindly waited as I wrote the document and even helped me spell-check. When I was finished, she then checked to make sure the document was complete. I paid with my card, and I was on my way out the door within ten minutes. She was helpful, efficient and knowledgeable in expediting my transaction. I appreciate those qualities in a worker. Thank you. Good job!!!

Today was a pretty good experience renewing my drivers license given the circumstances. I had my…read morecamera card already printed and the kiosk popped a number out: A200 -- wait time 3 minutes. Clearly I knew it would be a little longer than that with the room filled to occupancy. I was called in about 15 minutes. We took one photo, I was satisfied. A few minutes later I have a new drivers license and I will not have to return until August 2022. No complaints!

I would like to file a complaint regarding my driving test examiner. I failed the test over a very…read moreminor issue -- stopping slightly too far back at a stop sign. However, I later saw another candidate pass his test with the same examiner despite performing the parallel parking maneuver in what appeared to be around 9 movements, when I understood the standard allows only 3. I want to note that the examiner's attitude toward me changed noticeably after he overheard me speaking Spanish with my mother before the test. I believe this may have affected how my test was evaluated, and I'd like this reviewed
