We had two totally uninvited flying squirrels get into our basement two days after Christmas. To our great and wonderful surprise, Ray called my husband back within an hour and said he would be by to our house that afternoon!! Ray arrived as planned and confirmed we had flying squirrels getting in through several exterior access points near dormers. Ray came back a day later and placed one way doors on the access points. These "doors" enable the squirrels to leave our house but they can't get back in the house. Ray will come back in a month to remove the doors and plug the holes. This gives the squirrels an opportunity to safely and humanely exit. It is good for us because the squirrels aren't trapped in the house. Ray was knowledgeable, thorough, a very good communicator when he was delayed at another job and reasonably priced. Awesome!

He never showed up. Never responded to my emails. So, I paid for a service that was not provided to me then ghosted.
