We are in the Bentley Gallery mailing list. They had an art reception for several artists. The gallery is a small contemporary art gallery. The works did not compete with each other. The gallery staff asked if we noticed what was above the gallery. We didn't notice but staff told us they were shipping containers turned Air BNBs. Cool idea. We had absolutely no idea this place existed despite being in the Phoenix area for 40+ years. Bentley herself was there, as well as another very kind docent. We got to see the last day of the Deborah Sperber (check her work out!) exhibit and it was wonderful. I could not believe how talented the artist was and the space in general is gorgeous. We were lucky enough to score a parking spot right out front. The gallery is quaint, so I would expect to spend 30ish minutes inside. We will be visiting again soon! read more

Took my first tour through the gallery and it was dope. Preston also took the time to show me the back area where notable artists that have shown at Bentley previous and an artist or two that were upcoming. That personal experience into the background that the average person wouldn't see was special and very much respected. Would 100% recommend. read more

This is not a gallery that you are going to see too many of in Phoenix. It has American and European art laid out in a very beautiful manner. It is definitely not inexpensive art. They have installations that take you visually in rather interesting places. It would not be a boring place to go see Fine Art. I had to work to find them but was satisfied when I did. They do have plenty of safe parking which is important for the area. I went there for a Ballet lecture. How often they do that type of thing I can't tell you. You will have to check with them for that information. Overall, a very nice place to go see higher-end art of different styles. read more

This is a beautiful space for art in the middle of the city. They are open during the day and have incredible art. I was recently able to schedule a viewing of some works they have by Makoto Fujimura. One, called Charis was so amazing to see in person, no picture could do it justice. read more

Bentley Gallery is by far the best contemporary art gallery in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area. Their exhibitions and stable of artists rival most museums. A must see! read more

Bentley Gallery consistently curates amazing shows, and works with extremely talented artists. I know a number of local artists who have been greatly helped by this gallery. An asset to the Arizona art scene, and a leader in quality programming! If you get the chance to check out their downtown location which is used mainly for events, prepared to be amazed. read more
