But we decided to pop in just after 30 minutes and it was ready. Still. 30 minutes to make bowls?! Those probably should be some great bowls. They are disappointing to a large degree. The service was really quick and friendly, there are many spelling mistakes in the menu (brocori tepmura anyone?) and sometimes things arrive at your table without you actually ordering it but really, aren't all these places kind of like this? Everything my friend and I ordered was really good and I wish I had more space to try more of their maki rolls. This is the first sushi restaurant I've been to that puts cheese on their sushi and I'm not sure how I feel about it. It's a bring your own wine place (good to know for next time :)) and I would also like to try their desserts (also next time). I will definitely be back to try more things on the menu, it's exciting to have an AYCE sushi place closer to me than Montreal so I will take advantage of it :)

Typically we order 15 to 30 rolls for the whole family so by now we've probably had almost every role they make. This family run business is hands-down, the best sushi and all of Sherbrooke. Just be aware that it's not your typical restaurant. It's carry out only and you have to call in the morning so that your order is prepared in the evening. I definitely recommend calling before noon.
