This place is incredible. About a week ago, it was raining heavily. My phone screen had just shattered and I was freaking out (I didn't listen to my Dad and refused to get a proper case) and I had to call for a ride home. Murphy's law I guess. Its a great story now but when I dropped my phone I was in a lot of trouble. Nothing, and I mean nothing... no stores were open. Except this one place that still had its lights on. I walked up to the store and I was soaked from being out in the rain. The woman inside was closing up and I knocked on the door and when she saw me she immediately sprinted to the door to let me in. Thank goodness she was there. I never would have stumbled upon this brilliant shop BENTON and BUCKLEY had I been able to actually call for an Uber...so I do believe everything happens for a reason. If you already know of this place, then you know how lovely Deborah is to talk to. She has so many great stories and is truly passionate about her business (and her 3 dogs!). The store has amazing antiques and all sorts of great dinnerware and furniture, pillows and some really cool lamps. Not to mention she pretty much has a story about each item she sells. She's truly just a caring, brilliant and kind person. The owner immediately got me a towel (one of the brand new ones she sells by the way) and gave it me to dry off. She told me her name was Deborah and I explained my situation. She never once asked me to buy anything, even though I offered to buy something in order to use her phone. But Deborah only cared about helping me get home. More than that, she asked how my day was and we got to talking while I waited for a ride. No one picked up so she arranged for an Uber to take me home and paid for it. I am writing this review to say thank you. And I will be coming back often to support the store and I'm telling all of my friends about it. America needs more genuine, small business owners like Deborah and Benton and Buckley. read more

Great addition to Antique Row in Cockeysville. They carry furniture, lighting, decor, rugs, china and crystal plus bed and bath. The store is interesting and funky with some serious furniture options. read more

PLEASE DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS!!! On 1/18/2018, I placed an order with this business. My credit card was charged that same day. To date, 3/21/2019, I have not received the item. After waiting 4 weeks, I called, and the woman who answers the phone informed me that the product was shipped and to give it one more week. I called again one week later and she told me they had no idea what happened to the first shipment but they would send another one. She assured me the merchandise would be at my home in less than a week. Called again two weeks after that and she informed me the product had been on back order and was never shipped in the first place. I cancelled the order asked for a refund. She agreed, and I immediately received an email saying the refund was applied to my credit card. Two weeks and no refund later, I called and she informed me that she didn't know what happened because she "pushed the refund button". I asked her to send me a check and she assured me she would send it out the very next day. Its been 9 days and no check. I called today and she informed me she sent the check out and to give it one more day. I have NEVER dealt with such LIARS! Do not give this business your money. read more

Incredible antiques and gifts. We had coffee from Baltimore Coffee and homemade cookies on Friday when we were in. The staff could not have been nicer and it was cool! More china and flatware than at most Department stores. read more

I ordered some throw pillows after a designer I was working with provided their site link. I'd never heard of this store before. I received a generic email order invoice and my credit card was charged immediately. I didn't get any other information about when the items would be shipped. A few weeks later I emailed to find out status and received no answer. I emailed again asking for the status and stating I'd be reversing the charge if I couldn't find out the status. At this point I'm highly doubting the integrity of this seller and I'm sorry I didn't just find the pillows locally. To that I received a reply that I needed to be patient and they usually ship in 3 weeks. Another few weeks go by and I still have no pillows and haven't received anything about the order. I again email and receive no response. I click on the order to see if it shows some type of status and the link gets a '404 Forbidden' error. At this point I email again and demand they cancel the order and refund my money to which again I get no response. I call my credit card and they file a charge back against them. This is one of the top 5 bad experiences I've had in 20 years with online sellers. You shouldn't charge someone's credit card and not deliver a product for over 4 weeks. I've informed my designer and will let my credit card handle the refund since they won't communicate or refund my money. Definitely not worth the hassle. read more
