Greetings -- After living in my home since 2004, I decided that it was time to clean the carpets…read more My first thought was to do the job myself -- but then, coincidentally, I found a flyer at my front door regarding CleanTech Carpet Cleaning. The rates looked reasonable, so I scheduled a cleaning. Andy McFadden (owner / operator) showed up with his van and took a look at the various rooms and carpets. I am giving CleanTech Carpet Cleaning five stars for the following reasons: 1. Andy showed up right on time for the cleaning appointment. 2. He clearly advised what he was going to do in terms of cleaning the carpets and provided a time estimate to complete the cleaning. 3. Andy indicated that there would be multiple phases to the cleaning operation -- and that the particular cleaning solvent would not leave a smelly residue. That was certainly the case. 4. Although the cleaning required a bit more time than estimated, I have no complaint here -- Andy explained why it was taking a bit longer and I was happy with the results. 5. The carpets, in most rooms, looked nearly as good as new after the cleaning. 6. Andy went through a few filters in order to accomplish the cleaning. This accounted for the additional time and the excellent results. 7. The CleanTech flyer offered great rates on rooms, stairs, etc. I opted to get all the rooms and stairs cleaned. 8. I was pleased to know that this is a family business, where all members of the family are party to the business decisions and scheduled appointments. Andy optimizes his schedule to provide his services to his clients while also investing quality time with his family. In summary -- if you are at the point where you would like to have your carpets cleaned, please call the folks at CleanTech. Andy is a positive and attentive vendor and will fully explain the process. I am confident that you will be pleased with the results.

On Christmas day, I worked from 6 am to 5pm here. I covered breakfast and dinner. The experience left me with mixed emotions. Competing with my empathy for anyone who is hungry or has no place to stay was my frustration with watching the homeless/hungry not eat everything on their plate. If you have no money for food, you are out of line to throw it away. I grew up in a house where resources were stretched thin and we never had the luxury to throw out food. Images of hungry people at shelters in addition to my own life experience drives my obsession with managing the contents of my refrigerator so that nothing passes the expiration date. The mission here is noble and essential. Many of the people who use the service have no idea what it is really like to have nothing. Cant fault Gospel Mission, though.

Upon hearing that I would have movers walking on my freshly clean carpet Dan made a special trip to his shop to get fans so that it would be the most dry it could be before they arrived. My socks look so dirty, it look like I've been walking outside in them. I do not feel like my carpets were clean. I'm not sure what happened but when they clean them and I walked in my sock it's shown how dirty the carpets really were. I don't expect it to look all dirty Like I have been walking outside. when I clean the carpet with a rental, I go over it about 2 to 3 times to make sure they're clean. Then when I walk around in my socks they stay clean looking and nice For a reasonable time. This Was the first time I used a carpet cleaning service. I am not sure if the socks looking dirty right after cleaned and dried carpets is normal. I'm assuming it is not, because when I rent a carpet cleaner they never look like that Right after clean dried carpet.

The classrooms are filthy, staff are rude, and management seems to just sit in their office all day. I've heard teachers radioing for help (back-up in the classroom) only to walk by the office 10 minutes later and see no rush or no movement to help the teachers. No wonder staff turnover is so high! Most of the staff who work at this facility have little to no educational accreditation. YIKES.

The articulating abilities were priceless since the powerlines were right behind the tree. It allowed my husband (Mark) to put the boom where he needed it to be for safety. Thank you Layton, Dustin, Jose and the entire crew. The equipment was super clean and in great operating condition. The delivery driver (Jose) was on time and friendly.
