Benugo has definitely the best coffee in St. Pancras Station. As I said in another review, I spend a lot of time in the station and I keep trying all the restaurants/coffee shops/retailers in there and I think I have finally found the one with the best coffee. The sizes of the take away cups are a bit bigger than the ones you would find in Costa or Starbucks for the same price, so I kind of appreciate that when in need of a morning shot of caffeine. They also have a good selection of cakes and sandwiches, as well as cold drinks and other healthy products like fruit or porridge. And everything is quite flavourful, especially the sandwiches that are filled with a good range of fresh products and in a perfect balance (perfect quantity for me). The customer service is OK, they work fast and effectively. I suppose that is what you expect from a fast food place (even though a good one!).

This place has the best sandwiches! MY. For many, train station foods are typically unwanted and gross. Not in UK, especially not at St. Pancras Station. There are so many bakeries, food joints, and cafes to choose from! I wasn't really eager to eat a sandwich since I had been eating it for the past few days walking around London. However, I was starving, and I could smell food coming from Benugo so we decided to eat before heading to Paris. They have so many sandwiches to choose from. My fiancé and I ordered our own sandwiches, a chocolate muffin (DIVINE), and coffee. ALL were great. I'm not sure if Benugo is chain but if it was, I wish we had it in America.

A cool little espresso bar on the upper concourse of the Grand terrace at St Pancras station, just opposite the Betjemen statue. Get off the train and take 15 mins to relax with a quality offer in the parquet floored and wood-panel and mirrored lounge to the gentle sounds of twinkly jazz piano. Wines and snacks and take out available.

The coffee here was exactly what I needed on a chilly morning! My chai latte was one of the best I had and the almond pastry I got was very tasty! The staff here is friendly as well and there's plenty of seating although it can become cramped as it's a small store.

The best coffee we found around here during our three days at the St. Pancras Renaissance Hotel (yes, this also includes the hotel's coffee). Very special, but nice and cosy interior. The staff is very friendly. (This review is for the espresso bar on street level. There seems to be another café with the same name on the floor below.)

Ran across this little coffee shop upstairs while looking for a place to work for a few minutes between meetings. Surprisingly good coffee and a proper flat white.

Ordered the londoners sandwich, such a delicious meal. Everything inside sandwich was fresh and flavorful. Great place to eat while waiting for the bus or the train

So upon entering the store, I was immediately expecting the classic 'deli snobbery' experience. You know when you go to an authentic Deli where the staff give you the cold stare if you take too lon to order or don't know exactly what you want. Much to my surprise, I was welcomed in a very warm manner. I asked for a selection of meats, and seriously thought this would be the point where they'd start snapping, but nope, again the lovely lady offered a range of sample slices for me to try! Woohoo! To cut a long story short, I came out a happy girl! Lina Stores can keep there over-priced food, along with their moody staff, I'm sticking with my new bestie Camisa & Sons...! P.S. Could have sworn I spotted the 'Son' of Camisa & Sons working in the back room...

I love the '& Son' on the sign - gives the place a sense of continuity and history The sight of all those hams hanging up as you enter the store is enough to set the cookery brain and the stomach going. There is then the main counter with Italian cheeses galore and some deli items and home made pasta. There is also the full range of tinned and dried goods. The dry pasta from here is better than the fresh stuff from supermarkets. In Italy, they believe the pasta is the star of the dish and the sauce is just there to coat it, not drown it but for that philosophy to work, you need high quality ingredients I left with some pancetta, ham and mini mozzarellas

I've bumped into someone I know who's in Seven Dials every time; a secret no more, it seems the place to be if you're serious about independent shops and boutiques. Now Casanova and Daughter are just that, seriously good and are they're in no way, clowning around when it comes to their Sicilian, seriously delicious deli delights. There's just one wine, red or white, it's fantastic and as it's chosen for you, in Sicily. It means I don't look so silly being indecisive at the table with the wine list and attentive servers ensure it flows even if the conversation with your date isn't. The olives are fresh and beautifully briny, enough to chew on when talk gets salty and you need to bite your tongue. By gum, this place is perfect; for pares-work perk or pre show. You've just got to go. They don't quite do a full dinner on the ground floor. (Upstairs is a private dining room.) However all the small plates are precisely the most tantalisingly tasty morsels if you want bold and beautiful food. I went Maverick and slightly off menu, seeing all of the fascinating jars and packets and bottles around; I wanted to try it all and the deeply passionate proprietors were delightfully helpful to educate me on likes of; what does a girl do with beautifully sophisticated bottle of Caper Juice? (It whips into olive oil to make the most exquisite dressing over sweet tart slightly chewy sun dried tomatoes of course.) They enlightened me on what Luminary is.. (It's a citrussy, earthy sort of lemon brine, that again makes gorgeous dressing, or marinates fish or lamb...) I was illuminated. Surrounded by tapenade and truffles, the show stealer for me however was the Tuna Bresaola! Drizzled in truffled oil and sprinkled with white Fennel Seeds. It is out of this world and I implore you to try it. Then slosh down more of that juicy astounding Sicilian white wine. I think it's even the perfect place to go alone and I will and wont have to share anything, but the sweet pecorino, dressed in dry lemon basil and drizzled honey heavenly and will have you talking, if not fighting for the last bite.

This place was really cute and the service was great - everyone was friendly. We sat downstairs, but there is also seating upstairs as well. I'm not sure if this is true, but I did overhear that there are no restrooms here, which is a downside. I'm sure I would've needed a restroom had I had more than 1 drink! Their wine cocktails are pretty good. I think there are food options as well (snacks). I would definitely come back to hang out and relax with a glass of wine.

I was less pleasantly surprised by the somewhat snooty waitress. I really don't like it when you go to a restaurant and feel you are being judged for what you are/are not ordering, and/or pressured into ordering extra courses, side dishes etc. This was happening explicitly, although she toned it down after a while, perhaps she noticed everyone thought it was kind of funny. Or maybe she just gave up, out of 10 people, 9 ordered the duck burger or duck burger deluxe. I struck out with the rabbit and was pleased with my choice - it was well cooked with a flavourful sauce although the accompanying potatoes maybe were a bit overdone. I tried a bit of the duck burger too and it seemed good. The deluxe version has extra liver on top. This restaurant is big on offal. My overall impression was good, refreshingly interesting menu, serious about their meat and relatively reasonably priced. Just need to have that server take herself a mite less seriously and they are golden. Nearly forgot to mention desserts - fondant was ok, creme brulee looked really good. Overall those didn't seem much to write home about. I would have been more interested in the starters - they had great specials as well as some nice choices on the menu. I'd definitely return to try more.

I recently read that their french fries should be one of the best in London. They are delicious, yes, the portion is big, yes, but I like the crunchier kind of fries much more. For my taste, the fries were too soft and slightly too greasy. But probably still better than what you get at most other places. What surprised me, if you go there for burger and chips, it's quite a cheap eat for what you get, compared to other restaurants!

Oh my giddy arm, I cannot believe that a place in London exists where they would let me order food, eat it and then let me leave without paying (due to not having enough cash on me), trusting me to come back later after I had run my errands and gotten to a cash point!!!! Even when I offered up the change that I did have, they said I could just hang on to it and then pay the bill in full later if I wanted to! Set right on the corner of West End Lane and Mill Lane, David's is a family run business in the perfect location, with lots of seating, both inside and outdoors, with an awning to cover it, and plants surrounding the front area, separating you from the street a little. This would be the perfect place to come for breakfast/brunch on a sunny Saturday afternoon. The menu is extensive, with lots of meze options, as well as sandwiches, bagels, salads, pies cakes and cupcakes (the woman next to me ordered a small meze selection with pitta - I can't imagine how big the large option would have been!). I opted for a salt beef bagel (which came with a pickle and coleslaw), which if I am completely honest, didn't really do it for me, BUT I should have known this from the start, as this place just didn't look Jewish enough to satisfy my salt beef bagel standards... My cappuccino was good - nice and frothy. I was also pleased that they have the option of skinny or regular. It's nice that they have a big pile of newspapers and magazines to browse too - handy if you are on your own and don't have any reading material with you. In all honesty, I probably would award this place 3 stars for my bagel (and the fact that at £4.50 I think it was too expensive), but for overall service, atmosphere and enjoyability of experience it gets full marks. David's is Deli(ghtful) and I will be back!
