    So at first I was not going to end up putting a review down but after everything being all said and…read moredone and after speaking with more and more employees today I decided to put a review out. So we had a holiday party for work over the weekend we booked with this company for 3 hrs from 6PM-9PM and payingfor a flash drive with pictures. ( We also have made our own photo booth equipment and used it before) However we wanted to be able to have our employees get the pictures the day of the party printed out. So the first complaint I had was that the printer had gone down for almost an hour and i know it was about an hour because I know exactly who the last person was that got the picture and I can see the time stamp on the pictures. So while the printer had gone down for probably 20-30 minute at a minimum our employees were not able to take pictures as he tried to fix the printer and he told them not to go in as he was trying to fix it. I think he might have gotten it up and gotten maybe 1 or 2 pictures and it went down again. Once an employee told me I said well you guys can still take pictures because I have the flash drive coming so we can at least get the pictures so not that big of a deal right. So I guess my customer service skills would show hey sorry for the difficulty so to make up for the lost time and the photos not printing .................. we will stay an extra how and get the pictures on the flash drive so you have them, that would have been good customer service However that did not happen. Instead the last picture was taken at 8:59PM and he was packed up and out of there by 9:15-9:30. So then the next morning I emailed Christina the person I was dealing with at the beginning and told her about how we had a complaint and how we were disappointed in how the night ended up turning out. She did email me back and say she was sorry for what happened and If I would like she would print the pictures for me and even bring them to me however we didn't need them because as I stated we had BOUGHT the flash drive so we had the pictures. I then emailed back and stated I do understand difficulties happen however we should have gotten maybe an extra hour for free or something since he was not taking pictures for part of the time. She then came back with "I understand that, as I was going through the props tho, I had noticed a hat missing and a few props were broke. As per the contract, if any props are broke we would have to charge but instead we will just call it a wash. Once again I am truly sorry that there was a problem with the printer. Normally things like this don't happen." So with this being said he never once that night said anything to us about props being "Broken" and I said back to her that there was a hat left on the prop table so he didn't pack that up. (So that's not my fault that he didn't pack it up) So then she also messaged me "There's 9 photos that's on the computer that didn't print. I can hook it up to the other printer and print them out for you if that helps? Would be more than happy to even bring them to you as well" So then with this being said only 9 photos because he was not allowing our employees to take photos during part of the time and I told her that one more then 1 time. So she asked me how long it was approximately down? I responded with "30 mins at least maybe an hr" "When people started to tell me it had already probably been about 30 mins" So then her response was "The printer was down for 20 minutes. Not sure where the 30 minutes to maybe an hour is coming from. I am sorry once again. I do understand that your upset. I am trying to fix things for you. I understand that you don't want us back. Would you like me to print these photos out for you?" Then after not answering that because as I stated to her before I did not need the photos because we bought the flash drive So then she came back again with "We just looked at the printer, there's an issue with the software. I am very sorry, this is the 2nd photo that we have up and running. The printer is very new. In the future, we would be more than happy to make it up to you. If you would ever need a photo booth again we can give you an extra hour free of charge!!" So with all of this being said and done I do understand she was trying to give us our pictures and maybe next time (Which wont happen) giving us an hour free. Still poor customer service by telling me it was only down for 20 minutes however it went down at 815 ( So 45 Mins) the first pictures that did not print the guy told the employees to come back in the next hour as he was trying to fix the printer. So the printer was down for 45 mins at we know of. The reason we are so upset about all of this is becasuse when you are paying $500.00 for service. (450.00 for 3 hours and 50 just for the flash drive) and you are not getting what you are paying for thats upsetting. Also our IT Managers ( So he knows computers and those printers we have one) tries to come
