Any concern I have ever had has been acknowledged and dealt with in a timely, reasonable way. We had our house custom-built 33 years ago. Since then, it has endured 33 long, harsh Iowa winters and has been painted by Coralville Painting three times. I'm fussy about quality, I'll admit it, and only deal with companies that are competent, fair, and honest. Dave Yeutsy is all three! My house always looks neat as a pin once Dave and his crew have finished painting it, his prices are reasonable, and he is easy to contact. I like having my questions answered promptly and have enjoyed working with him for more than three decades now. The employee from KBD who came and finished the job for us and fix the mess left by Henry's Painting & Contracting was appalled by what he saw. They used PARTICLE BOARD to build our cupboards! Their crew left a pile of their trash on our deck for us to clean up. They also ruined my step stool when they left it covered in paint, because apparently they couldn't bring their own step stool??? They were supposed to replace my step stool and of course that didn't happen. They have removed my pictures before so I am posting them again so others can see for themselves and make a well informed decision about if they want to give their hard earned money to this unscrupulous company. Lastly, after all the delays, lies and poor work, they kept $7500 of our money that we paid in advance for the kitchen remodel which they refused to finish. That is how horribly this company treats its customers.

The soffit was 30 plus feet above ground so they rented a lift. He was very careful of not damaging our lawn while driving the lift around the house.
