The subcontractors for both my roof and my siding were great. Despite material shortages and extremely high demand for work due to the deracho, they got the materials and got to work as soon as they were able. The roofing and siding were both executed well, with great attention to detail. The general contractor did a great job keeping us informed on delays due to materials, and selected subs that were both professional and great at their trades. The siding contractor partnered with us for each step when there were options on methods. The crews did a good job of cleaning up after the work, and the house looks great. SuperStorm also worked with my insurance company to ensure every penny needed to cover a correct restoration was accounted for, and handled the job effortlessly for us. Ryan was always back to me within 24 hours of any call or concern, despite having a record number of homes needing repair in the area. Most of the time within an hour. I know he was juggling at least a dozen other homes in my neighborhood at the same time, and helped me feel like we were his only client when he was working with us directly. I am very picky when it comes to how repairs are completed on my home. They did an awesome job on my shingles, the drip edge and ice dam underlayment was done well. The siding, trim, and edging were masterfully done, and my 130 year old house looks brand new again, thanks to Ryan and his team of sub contractors.

About 2 years ago, they saved me from losing our home owners insurance from claims that the roof was damaged, when the company involved had not seen the alleged damage (this was when we had about 2 feet of snow on the roof). We just had a large branch hit the edge of our roof. Century showed up quickly to assess it, and the young man said he would fix it that day- just needed to get supplies. It took him a couple of hours to do the job, and he also did a couple of repairs around other vents or pipes to save me problems later. The price was so low I had to ask him if he was sure it was right; I expected it to be at least twice as much, and would have paid more with no complaints. Seriously! If we gave them money to fix the entire roof, it is their ethical responsibility to take care of the roof if issues come up. Other contractors didn't want to touch it because of warranty issues. This is a company that will take your money when it is convenient for them, but won't be there to follow up with issues that come up. Not what I want, and not something i would recommend to other people. My advice is to stay away from these guys!
