Liz is AMAZING! She's helping me transition my super dark, almost black hair to a lighter dimensional brown. After my first session, I'm so pleased. She's very knowledgeable and did a great job. I left SO happy with my hair, which is a first for me. It was more expensive than my previous salons, but definitely worth it in my opinion for the service and outcome. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly and kind.

After fighting it I finally got the app so that I could check in online and avoid a 50 minute walk-in wait. Second time for this BS. I checked in using the app. It said 16 minute wait time for the first available 'stylist'. I get there 8 minutes later. The little unkept boy at the desk tells me 'any minute'. I won't say the name i left a place my highlights were brassy all was terrible $300 dollars I almost fell to the floor even if it was a great highlight that's crazy after Covid too. Then assume I'm coming back would never without any notice or maybe tried to charge $50.00 on my card for not coming back. I lock my card thank God. I have been going to Teri's for maybe 3 years for both cuts and color. I have never had a bad…read moreexperience. I still go, despite moving out of Berea. I see Lauren and she's just a genius. She gently pushes me to try new colors and styles (even super-short bangs, which ended up looking amazing). She knows how to work with someone's unique skin tone and face shape. I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my hair! I've never had an appointment with Teri herself, but I can tell that she is a great listener and a truly talented hairstylist. Overall, the atmosphere is fun and laid back while still professional. They also use Eufora products, which are incredible. Everyone is super friendly and helpful without pushing you to buy anything. I recommend Teri's every chance I get.
