Liz is AMAZING! She's helping me transition my super dark, almost black hair to a lighter dimensional brown. After my first session, I'm so pleased. She's very knowledgeable and did a great job. I left SO happy with my hair, which is a first for me. It was more expensive than my previous salons, but definitely worth it in my opinion for the service and outcome. The salon is clean and everyone is friendly and kind.

My sweet husband went to get a haircut after work to surprise me and came home with a cut straight in the middle of his head cutting off his difficult cowlicks. I understand cowlicks are difficult to cut/style. However COMMUNICATE with the customer and tell them you don't feel comfortable, they should opt for a diff cut and/or denying the haircut and passing it to a more experienced stylist. She gently pushes me to try new colors and styles (even super-short bangs, which ended up looking amazing). She knows how to work with someone's unique skin tone and face shape. I don't think I'd trust anyone else with my hair! I've never had an appointment with Teri herself, but I can tell that she is a great listener and a truly talented hairstylist. Overall, the atmosphere is fun and laid back while still professional. They also use Eufora products, which are incredible. Everyone is super friendly and helpful without pushing you to buy anything. I recommend Teri's every chance I get.
