Being "on deck" on their board in 4 mins, meant my son was skipped over twice and then taken 45 mins later. Overall we checked in at 3:10pm online, we were told 40 mins (then updated that we were bumped up and ready in 15). So we were "scheduled" for 3:30....we showed up before the time they recommended to be confirmed. Then we sat. And sat. And sat. He was called back at 4:30. They don't care. This has happened on the last 3 trips. Just a total waste of time. I am now "On Deck" for Great Clips for our next cuts. They manage their clients with respect and timeliness. Go somewhere else.

The stylist needed assistance with parting hair and how to cut. I asked for a lineup and it was not even and she did not even lineup the front.
