The woman we spoke with was very kind and seemed to truly listen to my wife's concerns about the consistent, ongoing pain and knots she's been dealing with in her neck and shoulders. She specifically promised us a therapist named Becca because she could provide the deeper pressure my wife needed. We even paid for the muscle relaxation add-on to ensure results. However, when my wife showed up for the 6:00 PM appointment the next day, it was not the experience she was promised. She was paired with a male therapist, not Becca, without any notification, who didn't apply nearly enough pressure. To make matters worse, he actually told her she had a lot of tension, but luckily "no knots". I ended up having to give her a massage myself when she got home just to work out the knots he claimed weren't there. They were clearly there and didn't need much pressure to feel. We feel completely ripped off after paying nearly $200 for a professional service that provided zero improvement. We were promised a specific specialist and a specific level of care, and we received neither. Save your money and go somewhere that will give you the service you need.
