There was a fire this summer and now they are in Bradley Fair. For many years I purchased their services and products and I had joined a program where I received money back to apply towards services. A few weeks ago I tried to use these funds towards my service as I had accumulated several hundred dollars. I was told records of these funds were lost in the fire so I was sol but I could join the new program for $20. I realize its only $20 ,but since they lost several hundred dollars it seems unreasonable to ask me to pay $20 for the NEW program. I stated this but no one really cared. First time here, I usually go to Bohemia spa but this is what I get when I want to try something new. Booked an appointment early for the same day a couple of hours later. I had something come up so I wasn't going to make it on time. I was calling 2 hours before the appointment about 10 times back & forth and no answer whatsoever, I even left a voicemail. Later that day I see that they charged me $75 for a "no call no show" so I kept calling and still no answer. I work 3rd shift & get off at 8am and they open at 10am so it was such an inconvenience for me. I go in there the next day because they are still not answering their business phone and tell them about the whole situation. & the lady up front basically told me that the receptionist that usually answers the phone could've been busy picking up her kids or something with her kids and that maybe that's why she wasn't picking up. First we all have a life and have other stuff to do whenever we are NOT at work. But this is a business, if someone at work has to deal with their kids or something else maybe there should be a message on the website saying the phone is unavailable from this time to this time. You having to pick up your kids from school or whatever you need to do is really not my problem. The lady talking to me the whole time never apologized me for anything. All she kept saying was stuff about the receptionist picking up her kids, that maybe I should've left a voicemail and then proceeded to say towards the end "just make sure you call us if you need to reschedule because you will get charged again for a no call no show" like if I didn't explain to her the whole reason why this is happening is because their phone isn't being picked up. But whatever they were able to reschedule me for a different day. Then the next day I had another question and of course they're not answering their phone so I have to go out of my way and go into the spa again I explain everything to a different lady and I get the same attitude and again no one ever apologized for anything or even showed empathy. The one person that was very nice to me and showed some empathy was the massager which I believe was Jenna. But other than that I will not be coming here anymore, all because a business couldn't answer their phone
