He then tried to claim I asked to move my appointment up and I had to correct him that his staff called me and asked me to move the appointment up. I specifically asked to elevate my eyebrows so my upper eyelids would be tightened, and I wouldn't have to do the eyelid trim. Dr. Harbison didn't say anything about my idea, and he didn't warn me that his results don't last. Just three days after surgery my eyebrows collapsed! When I asked him why it happened, he just said that I still have a lot of swelling and didn't want to answer my question. Job was not done; I had to deal with slow healing incisions in my hair line and a lot of pain for about a week. I called his practice and spoke to his nurse about it. She went to talk to him twice, I was on hold for 23 minutes (cell phone timer) he pushed me on the back burner, two months of waiting time. A few days before my virtual visit I confirmed my appointment but on the day of visit no one sent me a link for facetime and my visit was omitted for unknown reason. During the whole time I had only one 10 days post-op visit. Based on my experience Dr. Harbison really didn't care about the surgical outcome nor my dissatisfaction, didn't want even to talk about it. I think this is stealing money, just to make an incision with no result and fully ignoring me after surgery when post op care was included in surgical fees. Everything listed above are FACTS of my experience. No one can hurt your reputation as bad as yourself! His unfair attitude tells that he is more a businessman who cares about profit only.
