The masters are really nice persons, accommodating as well. We couldn't ask for more. I do feel the learning experience is not for everyone, but so are martial arts and many things in life in general. There are more embedded than just putting kids somewhere for an hour without bothering their parents, such as the qualities of endurance and discipline.

I asked them to please stop hitting my son. Two weeks later Master Dan punched my son in the head. My son called me in tears and when I called them they justified their actions and wouldn't back down. I finally had to ask for a refund. Since then I've spoken to people who have taken taekwondo and they tell me this isn't a cultural thing it's unacceptable and goes against the philosophy of taekwondo. So unless you want your child to fear going to class and having an older much stronger man hit them go look elsewhere.
