He was very happy to take my call and said he could be out immediately to take a look. He seemed to know that what we had was getting in the way of our day to day and with children in the home it wasn't something we could put off. They showed up on time and right away surveyed the scene and put together an accurate and agreeable estimate to remedy our problem. He and his guys had to get under the house and replace old rotted out wood and insured the support of the flooring. Inside they went to work on the tile replacing damaged areas with new tile, making sure it all matched up and to me looked almost brand new. My husband and I were extremely pleased with the work we had Luke do. Luke was very honest, professional, punctual and affordable. I would hire him again without a second thought.

He was not on time to the job one time he was working, which were mostly times which he specified or requested. There were some days he never even showed up, and some days he couldn't be reached. It was one issue or excuse after another and promise after promise broken the entire time. He kept reassuring us he would get his truck back and things would be different.... It never happened and things only got worse. He ended up dropping the ball and stepping away from the job having not even fully completed one third of it. (He completed one bathroom of two small bathrooms and house trim) He had some final touches but quit the job via a text message after nearly a month working on it. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience, as we are now left searching for another contractor to help us with our home remodel. Luke was friendly and honest about the work & pricing. It is evident he likes his work and takes pride in what he does. He did good work when he was here (if he was here), but he was incredibly unreliable, has no crew or reliable help, and seemed to have issue after issue after issue......ad nauseum. If he gets his act together, I'm sure he could be a good hire, but until that happens, I would not recommend it.

The vanity was the wrong size and he had to take it back to modify it. Then the kitchen cabinet doors began to fall off. HE USED THE WRONG SCREWS! How embarrassing for him. He couldn't figure out how to remove the drawer fronts for replacement...I unscrewed them and they came right off. HE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE HIS OWN STEPLADDER. Had to wait over a week for him to respond to messages. After he was notified that the doors were falling off, he was not apologetic. His communication is poor and he's argumentative. He was congenial to my husband but rude to me when my husband wasn't around. Even after letting him change out the screws, turns out he didn't replace all of them and more hinges came loose! Finally got him to drop off more screws so we could finish the job. Now that we are prepping to paint the doors, it's apparent that his work is sloppy. They were supposed to be sanded and paint-ready but there are many raw edges and excess glue and wood filler that should have been sanded away. They were covered in sawdust so we assumed they are all properly sanded, but they are not. Very disappointed. He takes half the money up front with no refunds so you're stuck with whatever you get. He was disrespectful to me and my home. Should have just ordered doors and a premade vanity from a reputable store.

He did our upstairs but we have to buy more materials after we paid him for labor and some of our doors and then stopped communicating. He put us in a huge bind. We have a contract and he has refused to provide invoices of the materials that we paid for. Per our contact he owes us thousands in materials we never received for the downstairs. I believe he used our materials for other projects. He is a scam artist. He claims to be a Christian but obviously doesn't have any ethics or morals. We will be seeking legal action against him.

I made detailed plans for them to follow and they constantly didn't follow my plans. For example, most kitchens if there is a window, the sink is installed underneath it. The sink should be centered underneath the window (this was noted on the plans). They instead installed the sink cabinet several inches off center and they had to redo it costing me time. They were supposed to build a cabinet for my fridge but it's not plumb and the fridge does not fit inside of it. Many of the shelves they built were too short and one if you nudge it just a tiny bit it will fall off. Many of the cabinet doors do not line up and some were damaged. They fixed one of the doors that was damaged but used wood glue so now it's cracked again. If you look at their reviews on Google, they have two five-star reviews from the owner and one of the employees. The owner is S-e-a-n I-n-c-e and the employee is J-u-s-t-i-c-e W-a-l-k-e-r. I believe they also have friends and family leave 5-star reviews to hide the negative reviews. This is incredibly dishonest but not surprising after working with them.
