The second was a renovation of the master bathroom. While the previous owner had maintained the home reasonably well, the bathroom needed updates due to aging finishes and discoloration. Replacing the shower enclosure and the tub noticeably improved the space. The project took longer than originally planned due to delivery delays that were outside of their control. While the delay was not ideal, the team communicated clearly, and the final outcome met our expectations. Ashley coordinated the overall process and was very helpful in guiding material selections. Johnny, the owner, stayed involved and regularly checked in to make sure things continued moving forward. Jerrot handled the sink countertop and RO system work with care and attention. Marco and his tile team were consistent and highly responsive to our needs. Jose and his crew completed the flooring efficiently while maintaining good quality. APM also contributed well to the remaining tasks. Apologies if I missed anyone. Overall, despite the challenges with external logistics, ODF followed through on their promises and delivered solid, high-quality results.
