I mentioned that I suspected the outside outlet which a former owner had self installed for her hot tub. He looked at it and said that it needed a cover and they would put one on. He then said that the problem might be under my back porch, it might be the outlets on the back porch, it might be the wiring to the garage and of course that would be digging up the cement and the yard. Then he said I really needed a new breaker panel. They came to install the breaker panel and I still didn't have power to that part of the property. They said it was the wiring on the Florida room and disconnected part of the power to it. I pointed out the outdoor outlet again. They said you really don't want one there do you ? Yes. It is the power to the backyard. They fixed the outlet and got into the van. I plugged everything back into the outlet and didn't have power. The breaker had tripped again only this time it was on the new panel for which I paid $11,000. I asked them to come back and look at that outlet. He said the plugs were wet and if I let them dry out, everything would be fine. I waited. I plugged everything back in and had no power. I was back to the exact same issue I had before I spent over $11,000. I went to the breaker box and flipped the breaker on. Sparks shot out about a foot and I landed on my elderly rear end in the basement. I go out to that outlet and too heavy duty outdoor extension cords are completely fried. So, I basically spent over $11,000 and still had my original problem which by the way I later diagnosed myself and fixed. I would not recommend them.

When we bought our house, we noticed their sticker was already on our electric box, so naturally, we called them to come out and fix the problems we were having. They confirmed they did indeed install our electric in the home. The entire house had issues--lights flickering in different rooms, power cutting out if too much was running at the same time, and overall shortages throughout the home. When their techs came out, they didn't know how to fix any of the issues. They wasted our time, left us with no solutions, and then still sent us a bill for almost $300. A year later, we received a collection notice for that bill--even though they never actually fixed anything in our home. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they were dismissive and disrespectful. For a company whose name was already on the box when we moved in, this was beyond frustrating and unprofessional Bottom line: They charged us for nothing, gave us zero solutions, and treated us poorly in the process. I am a former employee of Ryan (the owner), he was full of broken promises. I don't even know where…read moreto begin. Long story short he agreed upon a certain wage and never paid me a dollar. I told him upon being hired I had basic construction experience and was looking for a job in which I could learn and grow. He was all for it and said he was looking for someone to do this and come ready to work. The first job I was on was painting a porch and putting up new gutters. I was there mostly alone for 2 weeks working hard/ staying late by myself. Ryan was there with me on the job maybe 15% of the time and he was never there when he said he would be, never communicated and was never around. I paid for materials out of my own pocket. He said I would be reimbursed. The amazing older lady we were doing the job for would repeatedly ask me where he was, was he coming and was expressing concerns daily on how I had no help. There was another employee whom I will name, although I still keep in contact with whom was never paid and had the same concerns as I had. I still kept doing my best thinking my hard work would pay off. He constantly told me he was on the verge of giving up, kept saying he was struggling with workers (i soon found out the problem was him). I reassured him I was here to help grow this business by being the best employee possible. When the job was done and he was paid the lady whom I will not name (the client), whom I also keep in contact with was happy with the work, not with Ryan. I went home, Ryan contacted me via TEXT said I didn't know what I was doing and he wasn't going to pay the agreed hourly wage, I was obviously shocked and realized this man was CON, after back and forth disputes he asked for my address and agreed to pay me less than what was deserved, however he never paid me a dollar. I quit a great job to work for this scumbag. I still feel the financial effect of this robbery. I still keep in contact with the client and the other coworker to have the proof of who did 90% of the job and that i was never paid and his lack of communication and professionalism to this day in order for a small claims dispute to get my money back if I ever get ahead financially again. DO NOT LET HIS SMOOTH DEMENER FOOL YOU, HE IS A SCUMBAG.
