I actually felt sorry for my (if he ever finishes what he promised the court) ex-wife every time we were in court. He's been publicly censured for lying to the court and ignoring deadlines in the past, and did not learn a thing. (ironic, it since it started over him lying about his continuing education credits allowing him to practice in KS). He is either incapable of learning (not a good trait, especially for your attorney) or simply out for your check (Personal opinion is it's a 50/50 split) Either way, the guy is a rolling train wreck, and Devon does not seem to have much more going for him than Joshy. I spoke with the attorneys office on two occasions indicating I was not a client , I had representation , and I'm sorry for the confusion ! These attorneys will not release their fees for medical evaluation and have chosen to hold my disability payout , despite withdrawing from my case , not actually representing my case , and wanting money for nothing . it's deplorable and I wouldn't recommend them to clean toilets . shameful
