I saw that they had acquired a used car I had been looking to find for many years. I met with a sales rep and ended up buying the car that same day. The trade in value for the car I already owned was more or less a joke. I told them that, but was told to "take it or leave it." I was also told that they would follow up in a week or so to see how everything was going. I have owned the car for 2 months and haven't heard a peep from them. The only thing I received from them was a check because they overcharged me for the title fees. When I received the title in the mail, it was incorrect, so I have to get it reissued from the state. I was encouraged by the dealership to drive a round trip of approximately 220 miles to conclude a deal on a 2024 Volvo. My financing and insurance had already been approved prior to meeting with Jackson Weber. The dealership gave me a bad faith low ball on my trade in. The amount was unconscionable and below Black Book and CarFax which considers the historic maintenance of a vehicle. The amount offered was not commensurate with an offer from another dealer. It was a blatant example of dealer undervaluation to maximize resale margin. Apple Intelligence confirmed that I should walk from the offer and that is exactly what I did. Will never do business with Jackson or Bergstrom ever again. Avoid this dealership like the plague cause it will kill any interest in buying a car! Dealer exhibited obnoxious sales tactics like acting like it was charitable in allowing me to deduct trade-in sales tax from the purchase price. Pease note the deduction is based on tax law. Jackson also attempted to foolishly boost dealership profit by placing focus on monthly payments rather than the actual price of the transaction. I had my wheel bearing changed by them and they never put back the lugnut key back into my car so when I needed brake pads immediately the body shop couldn't help me. I called Bergstrom to let them know about the delima and the guy told me I can't help there is nothing I can do. That is not an acceptable answer. THE BEST service and treatment I have ever gotten from ANY business. I limped into the dealership at 3:30 pm on a Friday with a flat tire. I was on a road trip from New York to Madison, and it was 92 degrees, and I didn't have a spare. The repair shop had closed for the weekend and I was pretty desperate; and then Dave Leschke, the Sales and Leasing Advisor came out and saw the fix I was in. He said "Don't worry. We'll get you back on the road." He called around until he found an open tire place with the right size tire, and he drove over there himself to pick it up. Mike Hahn, a technician who wasn't even supposed to be working that day, changed the tire for me. The rest of the team made sure my dog Gus and I were cool and comfortable in the meantime. And after all Dave and Mike's time and work, they didn't charge me for labor, only for the cost of the tire. "Grateful" doesn't begin to cover how I feel. I purchased a new atlas 3 weeks ago, and Dan, my sales rep, was amazing. I live over 1 hour away. The purchase was done over text and telephone and no surprises when I got there! (I wrote a review on this experience) I had a recent experience in the body shop with it, and the rep, Tyler, should be recognized by the organization! Don't let this employee slip out of your hands. He greeted me by name and was 100% organized and on top of things. I was NOT annoyed by no one knowing what was going on! He had this finesse about him, and his attention to all the details was impeccable. I am highly impressed. While in body shop, I then purchased a new Atlas and upgraded the model. That "switch out" / purchase was also completed without complications and shockingly smoothly. Cody, my sales rep (Dan was off), handled everything quickly and with a high level of courtesy, patience, and professionalism! This dealership is worth a drive. I honestly am still sort of surprised at how uncomplicated my experience was and that it was actually impressive. Way to go Bergstrom leadership for hiring the right employees and training them well! I was last at Bergstrom Victory Imports in the middle of February for a semi-synthetic oil change. I was quoted one price but the actual cost was half again as much. This caused my initial frustration. While the invoice did say, 'prices vary' the service advisor made no mention of any up charges for the oil change I was requesting when I dropped the car off. What disappointed me even more than the misleading estimated price is the way the manager handled the situation when I brought it to his attention. I found the interaction to be extremely unprofessional. At one point in the conversation he said "can't you read." He also stated that I shouldn't be upset and "is this additional charge really going to break the bank?" I found that to be very insensitive, given that he has no idea what my financial situation is. I ultimately paid the charges but let him know that I would tell others of my experience. At that point he once again raised his voice and argued. This time he said that none of it was his fault and blamed the error on the computer software. He stated the software is not capable of giving an accurate estimate and that it is impossible to fix the software. I found that very hard to believe since the service we were discussing was a basic oil change. When discussing a warranty issue of the back-up camera malfunctioning, the man sitting beside the manager told me I shouldn't need a back-up camera-just turn my head. I feel this was once again unprofessional bordering on disrespectful. While it is not super difficult to back-up without a camera the car has one that is warranted so I would like for it to work properly. Once I returned to my car, I found a panel on the passenger seat that was left off from wherever it was supposed to go so I went back inside once more to have this put back on. Instead of apologizing or saying nothing the service advisor made a couple more rude sarcastic comments. I guess it was a fitting end to the visit. I feel as though i didnt matter to these people, all i asked for was a fair trade in , which they would not provide. The vehicle was worth at least 15,500. The offer i got was 14,200. Extreme encounter with a Bergstrom Victory Lane Imports employee. This morning while driving into work I encountered a Bergstrom victory lane imports vehicle. This was a decal across the upper rear window of this SUV. It was before 7:15 AM with the temperatures near freezing and a light mist falling. We were in heavy traffic as he darted in and out of small gaps in the traffic. He jumped into the gap between my vehicle and the one in front causing me to brake hard. In the process I bumped the light lever causing the bright lights to come on. He then applied his brakes hard causing me to also and multiple vehicles behind me had to swerve into the other lane so not to hit me. He moved back into the right land and slowed to roll down his window and cuss me out shaking his fists and trying to get me to pull over to fight. This person lives North of Green Bay and was driving to Appleton. I know one place I will not be purchasing a vehicle from ever. If this is the kind of employee that works for Bergstrom and display's the company information on his vehicle users be weary about dealing with this company. read more

WOW.. Still waiting to get my check back for the money I put down on a vehicle that lasted me a whole 4 days!!! The vehicle was leaking antifreeze everywhere, called Bergstrom to have them tow it since I live over 1 hour away! We took it home on the Saturday before Easter, had wanted to come back in on that Monday to finish signing paperwork, But they didn't have TIME for us. THANK GOD!! Wednesday evening the Antifreeze was completely gone from the vehicle.... Have been waiting 2 weeks to receive a check back for the money I put down and this pile of crap. Every time I call I get pushed to a voicemail.. OHH SOO Frustrated ! This is the WORSE buying/ customer service experience I have EVER had! I would NEVER recommend anyone to check out Bergstrom!! read more
