They specialize in used imports and had a lot of nice European cars. I knew I wanted a VW, Volvo, or Audi hatchback/wagon, and they had about five to choose from. All were in nice condition. I ended up buying a 2006 Audi A3 for a price I'm very happy with. I took it out it for a couple hours, and had my friend look it over who is a professional mechanic and European car enthusiast/modder. He spent over an hour checking it out and didn't find anything wrong with it. Dave at Krueger was great to work with. I didn't feel pressured, and he gave me a nice deal on my trade-in that I couldn't wait to get rid of. He came across as a nice, regular guy who enjoys what he does. Getting the deal worked out was actually a pleasure and I enjoyed conversing with him a bit about things not even related to cars. A day after I bought my car, the instrument cluster failed. My mechanic friend who checked out the car for me during my test drive didn't see any problems with it when he hooked up his code reader. I looked online and couldn't find anybody else who has had this problem It was just a freak occurrence and I don't think it could have been predicted. Krueger had the instrument cluster replaced (an expensive repair) at no charge to me, no questions asked. Not many companies these days have the integrity to stand behind what they sell, at least not without giving the customer a hassle about it. Next time I need a new car, they'll be the first dealership I go to.

I've always felt like I got a good deal on a very good, low-mileage vehicle that will last. Kudos to the service/detail crew as the used vehicles look brand new when I received it. The one time I did have an issue with the oldest vehicle I purchased, Jacobsen stood behind it and I had no issue getting it fixed under extended insurance I took out on it. These are the reasons I had continued to purchase from Jacobsen, and will continue to in the future. I live over an hour away. I took it to my local gm dealer and they confirmed the transmission is bad and needed to be replaced. We confirmed this all within 4 days of my buying the vehicle. I called Zac, my sales guy, and he got in it right away. He got his manager Chad involved, and together they took full ownership of the problem immediately, and worked diligently to quickly get my issue resolved. So much so that upon discovering that the transmission shop they prefer to use has a three week wait period on it, that they just hired my local GM dealership to handle it all and paid them directly. It was not cheap, and unfortunately it's unlikely that their dealership made any money on this sale, in fact they probably lost money, but they certainly did take care of me, the customer, and as a result they won my trust and I absolutely 100% for sure would buy from Zac and Holiday again. Things go wrong sometimes, but they handled it perfectly. Above and beyond as far as I'm concerned. They earned all 5 stars in this review.

I was not contacted by phone like I was told I would be, but rather emailed with a one line notice stating they were unable to provide financing. I called and spoke with Craig, who was less than pleasant and got rude with me stating "I'm unable to discuss this further, I gave you our denial and this is closed." When I asked what the issue was with my credit report, which wasn't supposed to affect my determination, he blatantly stated "I don't have to discuss this further."
