Having to take my daughter out of here hurt. The trainers / instructors were excellent and on top of being fantastic at Jiu Jitsu they were equally mastered at handling kids who might throw a fit or become upset or aggressive. In the time my daughter spent there I clearly recognized how she developed her attitude toward teamwork, respect, self-esteem, discipline.... They were very warm and welcoming toward newcomers who might be a little intimidated in the new environment. I saw several instructors who were all great but in particular I'll mention Andrew who was amazing with handling the kids, managing conflicts and teaching respect without ever losing his cool, and Jason and Patrick were both exceptional instructors who helped round out the positive learning experience and environment. I'd recommend Valley Jiu Jitsu for anybody, any age, looking to toughen up and learn the technique and enhance your attitude and self-discipline.
