It was never received!! The cardiologist called multiple times but never received anything. Over two weeks since the original appointment and nothing!! So my father suffered with pain that whole time. I called a different dentist and they got him in right away, I will NEVER go to American Dental again (I am a patient at a different location), but after this they are not getting any of my money.
