I reached out to her to see if she'd be willing to come take a look at our house and help us determine what repairs and upgrades we'd need to do to maximize our sale price while minimizing time on the market. She was happy to help and her advice was spot on. We procrastinated and took our time getting our various projects done (that's how we roll), but Karen didn't pressure us, just checked in every few months to see how we were doing, even offering to come back out for another look whenever we were ready. Did I mention our house was in High Ridge? Anyway, about a year after the first visit, we asked her to come back out.
