At the time of our discussion I relayed to her that I was leery of accepting the job due to the status of her builder and that I would only do the work if she guaranteed we would get paid. She said she would personally guarantee our payment and I confirmed she was hiring us not the builder. We completed $2000 worth of work, labor and materials to fix the items so that she could sell the home. Once she sold it and made her $1000's she refused to pay, stating it was the builder's responsibility. She refuses to pay us, and it has hurt our business yet she made her commission, she got paid. She is dishonest. She lied to us just so she could get the job done and make her money. It puts a black mark on her and Berkshire Hathaway Ambassador Realty.
