We managed to limp into Bumper to Bumper on a wing and a prayer. I can't say enough good things about this place. Jay Oulette, the owner, was the nicest guy imaginable. He diagnosed the problem in about 10 minutes, and was on the phone ordering the part he needed right after that. We have a foreign vehicle, and it was a custom engine part. Part arrived quickly, and as soon as the engine cooled down enough to do the work, it was fixed in under an hour. $110 for the part, $60 for the labor, and we were back on the road! If this shop were in Boston we would never take our work anywhere else! Thanks Jay!!!

Rescued by Vinny I…read morewas in a challenging situation made worse by a nearby competitor when I had the good fortune to arrive at Littleton Auto Body and discover the generosity of Vinny who single-handedly solved my problem expeditiously with skill and grace. I was on a tight schedule to cover almost 200 miles to get the car to my daughter for her camping trip when I discovered a headlight required a new bulb. I called a repair shop near Littleton Auto Body and was told they could have me on my way in 20 minutes. Instead, they sold me the bulb I needed, then told me it couldn't be replaced without removing the battery and possibly the grille, that they were fully booked so couldn't help me that day, and the best they could do was allow me to return the bulb. A Google search led me to nearby Littleton Auto Body where Vinny helped me immediately. With some vigorous contortion, Vinny was able to remove the burnt-out bulb, offered to replace it with the standard bulb he had in stock, but noted that the burned-out bulb was high intensity, which I needed. He allowed me to go back to the shop that had disappointed me and repurchase the bulb I'd returned. (The man at the repair shop insisted again that it was impossible to perform this bulb replacement without removing the battery and probably more so he was sure - erroneously -- that Vinny was replacing the wrong bulb.) As soon as I got back to Littleton Auto Body, Vinny installed the bulb. (It wasn't easy to do.) When I asked Vinny what I owed him in addition to my profound gratitude, he said we were all set and had me put my wallet away. Although I've written very few reviews, I'm delighted to write this one. Go to Littleton Auto Body. If your experience is anything like mine, you, too, will be delighted and appreciate the kindness, thoughtfulness, skill and professionalism that awaits you.
