I had spoken to several other companies who said they would service/repair the system but I would have to wait up to a month for them to come. Eric said he could come within a week. He arrived when he said he would and repaired what needed to be done and charged what he said he would charge. I have been using Natural Energy Solutions for over a year and each time I have contacted Eric he responds quickly and arrives when he says or, if there is a problem, he contacts me to let me know he will be late or needs to re-schedule.
