I showed him pictures and told him I wanted a textured bob. I should have known I was in for it when he said "Oh yeah! I used to do that cut all the time in the 80s!" I walked out of there with a short bob. I asked him to put layers in so it wouldn't be so blunt, but his next client was sitting there waiting and he urged me to give it a few days to see if I get used to it. I never did. Trang and Karen have been in the business for several years and regularly attend trainings to stay up-to-date on hair knowledge. Their product is Pureology and it is AMAZING. The smell of it is great and there is something for everyone! My only drawback is their hair coloring - they like to go wild! I'd definitely suggest them to someone who's interested in brightening up their head with red or yellow streaks, but that's just not for me.
