Hands-down the BEST smoke shop I have ever visited!!! I happened to stop by today during their 420 celebration- they had glass blowing demonstrations, competitions, hookahs outside, and great prices!! The selection of pieces here is insane and the staff were knowledgeable and some of the nicest people I have ever met!! Especially Patty! I told him that I was spending the day alone because my boyfriend was here for a work event and he immediately welcomed me to stay and hang out for their celebration! I purchased a silicone water bong that I've been interesting in getting -- it was $15 cheaper than any others I've seen, has an ice catcher, and works like a charm!! I spent about an hour smoking hookah outside the front of the shop, met some great people, and enjoyed the spring weather and company! I went because I like to smoke hookah, but it turns out you had to smoke it outside, and it was freezing. We had already paid, and they couldn't give us a refund, so we bought some hookah tobacco, incense and some cigars that tasted like chicken bones. It was pretty cool for like two seconds to see some guy glass blowing. If I was 14 and a pothead, I probably would have thought this place was "the tops." But I'm neither of those things. This place was a must skip. However, if the weather had been warmer, I'm sure I would have enjoyed myself smoking outside, but it would have been incomplete without a drink- there was no bar there or anything. read more

Been coming to bern for a bit now and every time i'm met with smiling faces and the best customer service in burlington. I don't know much about glass and no matter how many stupid questions I ask they're always happy to explain everything I need to know. The employees are always friendly and willing to answer questions. I've been there twice, not to buy anything, but for a repair on a pipe a couple years ago and then a custom pipe in August. The custom pipe was based off my first one that had broken into little pieces. I worked with the employees to choose the closest color match and to decide the finishing details. The final piece was gorgeous and clearly well made. I would absolutely recommend them for someone looking to have custom work done. They have a good collection of things for sale as well and it's clear they pay attention to the quality of glasswork in what they choose to sell. Only issues I've had were with communication issues between employees but that's so minor and they're always accommodating and interested in helping you. read more

Came here stopping by from Los Angeles. They had a great selection of all one's smoke needs, even compared to Los Angeles standards! I picked up some CBD oil from here. I don't smoke anymore, to be honest, I was hesitant about even picking up the CBD oil but some confessions by the customers and even the employees helped me feel a lot better about it. I wasn't looking for anything with psychoactive properties and voila! BAM! It wasn't. It was just a great, calm neutral feeling - almost feels like nothing, which is exactly what I was looking for. May is an excellent customer service employee and very knowledgeable about her supplies. The owner, McKayla, is very friendly, good and has a very clean shop! This place has changed SO MUCH.... for the BETTER! ... I went in a few years back when I went up to Vermont for the weekend, my friends and I made the rounds to all the smoke shops in Burlington.. there was a cute girl working and she told me about some glass.. but nothing too exciting, they didn't have very much.. But I was just there for jazzfest and I stopped back in.. it looks like a whole new store! They had TONs of sweet water pieces, and tapestries, incense, and lots of new glass!! These guys have beautiful art on the shelves but what sets them apart from other great shops is their really chill staff and their custom pieces are incredible. Jeff recently took a good while talking to me about exactly what I wanted, and what he made me has quickly become my all-time favorite piece. I actually like it so much that I just asked him to do a similar companion piece with the same theme, neither one of which cost me as much as I would have thought for customized, functional art.
