Definite foodie vibes. The whole experience was super warm and inviting, and the staff was SO knowledgeable & approachable. They totally took their time answering our questions and guiding us on ways to optimize & expand our wellness repertoire. Both my husband and I were super impressed. So many brands and products here that you won't find elsewhere. They have just as many functional (non-intoxicating) options as they do active ones, if not more! It honestly felt like a modern wellness shop that also happens to sell cannabis (which I loved). It's obvious LY is consciously selecting and supporting crafters, makers, farmers with brands & businesses behind them that do good in the world and that honor the human-plant connection. I like knowing who I'm supporting when I make a purchase, and I felt like that legwork was done for me in the curated selection here. I came back into town for a few days and stopped by to get some food for my trip and noticed they had a cafe serving sammie's and smoothies and had to try one. They were all dedicated GF which was so amazing since I have celiac disease and it's really hard to find good freshly prepared food without risking cross contact & getting sick. I got the avocado toast sandwich and it was AMAZING! Also grabbed a matcha latte & pumpkin pie on my way out which both hit the spot. Hailey the owner (I hope i spelled that correctly) was the sweetest and I had a great conversation with her about nutrition. The co-op itself has so many gluten free, vegan, organic and locally sourced food options to buy in bulk or by the package. I love the environment they create here and the workers are always so friendly and helpful. They also have a section of pre-made food (most of which is vegan) and it all looks freshly made and delightful!
