I had a bb gun in my hand. later as I was detained for questioning she asked me about a gun I told her yeah I had a pellet pistol and pointed it at the dirt in front of his car, pointed it at the dirt, oh did I say that. I told her the bb gun was on the seat of my Silverado, but being the fine police specimen she is she refused to look. Instead she arrested me the one who called 911 for help at the age of 66 I was thrown in jail. the problem is is that APD gives any POS a gun and says go enforce the law and it was pretty obvious that this young Asian lady was about the dumbest police officer I ever met. conclusion, if you get in trouble and need help in Albuquerque do not call 911 or eve 242-cops.

I got there before 4:30 PM to turn it in, it was around 4:25 pm when I was in the office and I was turned away because the two young women said that they were still working on someone's report. This is so wrong that I couldn't turn in my paperwork for the accident because they were still working on somebody's report, no one told me that I wouldn't be able to turn it in even though I got there before 4:30 PM just because they were still working on other's report, talk about lazy. When I worked at the psych hospital, I stayed there past my regular time just to work on what needed to get done that day. The other person's report didn't require them to be there so why couldn't I just drop off my paperwork? It makes no sense! Whoever is running the police substation needs to see my review and realize what a messed up system this is. I only have five days to report it and I was going on a trip over the weekend for a week and I would not be able to turn it in Within five days. The worst part is that the two young ladies, one of them is F. Hodgson, told me to come back Saturday morning, she lied! I've been back Saturday the office was closed. She needs to be reprimanded. I will definitely be calling about this. It's ridiculous that the people in a car accident, doesn't matter that they're shaken up, have to report the incident. Back in Florida where I am from. no matter the accident the police is comes to the scene get the information from all the parties and files the report. do people not get tickets for being reckless drivers? Maybe that is why there are so many reckless drivers .
