I chose this firm expecting professional representation, communication, support, and someone who would genuinely fight for my best interests. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Throughout my case, I was assigned approximately four different attorneys, and the constant changes made the entire process even more frustrating. I never felt that I had consistent representation or that anyone was truly taking ownership of my case. The level of communication, guidance, and support I received was nowhere near what I expected from a firm that presents itself as highly experienced and prestigious. One of the biggest problems was the property damage to my vehicle. I was clearly not at fault for the accident, yet I was repeatedly told that the firm only handled the injury portion of the case and would not assist me with the property-damage portion. I found this extremely disappointing because I needed help navigating the situation and dealing with the insurance company responsible for the damages. As a result, my vehicle ended up sitting in the body shop for approximately three months. Ultimately, I had to come out of pocket approximately $1,500 just to retrieve my own vehicle. In my opinion, much more could and should have been done to help me pursue a fair resolution for the property damage. The entire case also took an extremely long amount of time, and after all the waiting, frustration, and stress, I honestly feel that the outcome was nowhere close to being worth what I went through. What made the situation even more disappointing was the amount of money deducted from my compensation. There were numerous charges and bills that I found extremely difficult to understand or justify.
