I contacted them regarding a speeding ticket that I got. The price was very reasonable, communication was great via emails. I could sign contracts and things like that. The day of the hearing I got word that my case was dismissed no points on my drivers license. No traffic school totally dismissed. The judgment said "dismissed for various reasons". I hired Alex Hanna Law for my permanent residency case and since then everything has been a nightmare, a constant headache, and an exhausting fight with their completely incapable staff. Where do I even begin? First, they changed the people working on my case not once, not twice, but MULTIPLE times. Every single time I thought I finally had someone handling my case, they would throw in a new person who had absolutely zero clue about what was going on. I had to explain my entire situation from scratch over and over again like a broken record. It was humiliating and infuriating. Nobody took ownership of my case -- I was just a file being tossed around from desk to desk. Second, they missed deadlines that they themselves had put in place. I trusted them with one of the most important decisions of my life, and they treated it like it meant absolutely nothing. Third -- and this is the most outrageous part -- these people claim to specialize in immigration, yet I felt like I knew more about my own case than they did. It was embarrassing to watch supposed professionals stumble through basic immigration procedures. What exactly am I paying for? And to top it all off, I paid them a significant amount of money for absolutely NOTHING. Slow progress. Poor accountability. Continuous follow-up from my side just so they would do their job. They took my money and gave me nothing but stress, frustration, and wasted time. I trusted my legal status to the Alex Hannah team at the Inmigration Department to renew my green card. This happened right in the pandemic months, either May or June 2020. Paid them their fee plus the Inmigration costs and in three long years I had my green card replacement. Gave them a call and thanked her for my green card but asked her if she could please verify the status of the second part of my inmigration process that I had paid in full, three years before. She had no clue, and promised to check on my request. The following day got an email apologizing and inviting me to pass by their office to meet the person that would take over my case. So I went and met a paralegal guy that barely looked me in the eye, said he was representing this or that lawyer. Told me he was sending me an email and, attached, a fifty something pages form that I was to fill out and return it to him via email, faxed or whatever. A form that contained pages I have no idea how to fill out because I am not an Inmigration Lawyer. Needless to say Alex Hannah for sure was the lawyer to call because they are 100% bilingüal and are still quite affordable and you see the results...but in December 2025 think twice, choose carefully. read more

Don't waste your money! Before they get paid, they make all kinds of false promises. Like how they have connections with embassies (later they had no way to even contact them) and can do things that you can't do on your own. Once they are paid. Case closed. They do the minimum. Every single thing that was accomplished with my case was done by me! I hired them to help with an immigration case for my husband and stepdaughter. I had a special circumstance that made me feel that it was necessary. They kept switching my lawyer. I never knew who to contact and I was lucky if they would respond to any of my questions or messages. I don't think that one of my lawyers even knew a thing about immigration. After weeks of trying to get a meeting I finally got one and she basically printed out a list of things from Google relating to our type of case. Something that I had already printed on my own and had a copy at home. They told me I didn't make enough to get the visas approved and to wait a year to apply. I did it anyways, and it was approved. They told me not to apply for an ESTA for my stepdaughter because it would be a waste of time and money, and would not be approved. I did it anyways and had it in 2 hours. They told me that I could not apply for an adjustment of status and that I had to take her back to her country to do the visa interview. I did it anyways, and I just received her green card, without ever taking her out of the US. I have sent complaints several times, but have not received any response. I basically threw away $4k. I have been a loyal customer for many years. But sadly they are not the same. I even brought many of my family members to do all the assylun and immigration papers with them. Last september me and my girlfriend paid 2800 and every two weeks they charge me 300...in total 5800. My girlfriend applied for assylum and may 4th is gonna be a year since she came in. They changed Case Manager more than 6 times and the attorney as well. We call many many times and always the answer "We call you back". After 8 months she never got the appointment for the finger print and of course she can not apply for the Work permit. Everytime we call and the person that answer got no idea whats going on. They just say "Im the person who takes the message" we let know your case manager about it and you will get a phine call. The ticket had the county scribbled out and the officer penned in the correct county. this was a printed ticket. i figured since its a defected ticket it will be easily thrown out, as a similar case with a friend and also myself 5 years ago. I went to Alex Hanna after I got into a car accident i got into 11/18/21 I provided all the information they needed I went to all my therapy sessions and made sure whatever was needed. They the games started with them. My attorney was changed like 3 times, if I didn't reach out to them they were no providing updates I had to basically bother them with emails to get a response from them. They were just horrible to work with. After wasting over a year with dealing them they just dropped me saying there was nothing further they could do it was just horrible I feel like I could have went to someone better and that actually cared and would take the time to actually win me some sort of compensation for my pain and suffering. I should have gone to court and done it my self the ticket was $279.00 for a red light camera ticket, which in Broward County it is illegal.
