Wanted to surprise a friend that lives in Scotland so I placed an order, online, through the website. Once I had paid with Paypal, I did not get redirected back to the website. Being as I am across the pond, I was left wondering if my order had been placed? If it would arrive on time? Did I pay the right shipping? Would I be able to include a note? I e-mailed and left a voicemail and waited for the next day (there is a 5 hour time difference between us). The following day, I had 2 voicemails and an email response from Felicity McDonald herself, the owner! She was very friendly and customer service oriented. She answered all of my questions and put me at ease that my order would reach its destination on time. Even gave me the choice of packaging! My order did arrive on time (it was a surprise to the recipient) and it was very good, so I was told. I have not been able to try the chocolates themselves but the customer service alone is enough to warrant the 5 stars. I ordered a box of 12 Raspberry and Strawberry flavored truffles.
