Estimate and install information was very clear, well done. The actual install was completed within two weeks and we were the ones delaying the work! Their office hours are only 8am-11am so if they forget the trash you can't get ahold of them until the next day for someone to come get it. And they would send someone out the next day. The last straw was they didn't show up to pick up our trash so I called and left a message on their Facebook messenger and never got a reply. Turns out we didn't pay the last months bill but we also didn't receive a bill like normal. Instead of communicating this they just didn't pick up the trash and ignored our calls and messages.

Our technician is always friendly and texts a few days before his visit to make sure the date and time works for me before he comes to fo our quarterly service. When the crew arrived, they were immediately informed that the property was involved in an active divorce case and that a court injunction prohibited the removal of any items. Despite being told this directly and clearly, the movers ignored the legal notice and proceeded to remove items at my wife's request--including premarital property that belongs solely to me. Their behavior made the situation even worse. While loading my belongings, the movers made jokes about the situation, and when I stated that the items they were taking were my property, one of them yelled back, "No it's not!" The level of disrespect and unprofessionalism was astonishing. A reputable moving company should stop immediately when notified of a legal restriction. Instead, Ron's Moving Company chose to proceed, creating financial harm, legal complications, and unnecessary conflict. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Their disregard for legal instructions and their unprofessional conduct speak volumes about how they operate.

They are knowledgeable, answered questions tha really helped with a decision related to kerosene vs oil. After I chose #2 oil with a low cost additive (which they provided as well), the furnace in my newly purchased home ran more efficient and my home stayed warmer longer. The last tenants used kerosen, my furnace switched on and off like a kid playing with a light switch. With #2 oil with additive, the furnace does not do that, in turn, my electric bill will be lower because it needs electricity to turn on. Other oil companies were not knowledgeable with the use of an oil tanks capability for using oil or kerosen, and highly recommended the more expensive kerosen, which they were not providing at the beginning of the season, plus they advised against it. In addition, one of them had stuffy staff when it came to scheduling and new customers, delivering only on certain days of the wee. I did my online search prior to calling any of them. Sinclair was the only company who knew the grade of oil #2, knew and carried the additive and, that the same tank could be used. Plus, friendly and expedient. Sinclair home heating is a rare find. I both times have had to leave my name and telephone number and the location of the well with a promise of a call back. I have been with out water since before christmas and there are small children and animals in my home. Since there is no information on the inside of my well cap I was hoping they could provide me with basic information of when the well was dug, how deep it is, what is down there for a pump and when the last time it was serviced. I honestly did not think that was going to be as much trouble as it seems to be. I have called 14 different plumbers and not one of them can seem to return phone calls. So now not having much of an idea of what I am doing I am now put in a position of having to pull it by hand myself and replace it or we will not have water all winter!
