Complaint Date: Original incident occurred sometime in July 2025…read more This company was contracted by my mom's condominium complex to provide interior and exterior window cleaning services to any of the 288 unit owners who chose to participate and pay for the service. Because the windows had not been cleaned in years, she agreed to have the work done. On the scheduled service date, my mom was not feeling well. She is in her 80s and did not feel comfortable allowing anyone inside my unit that day. Myself and my wife were present at the time. They questioned why the exterior windows were not coming clean and were told by the workers that the windows were "too dirty." This explanation was confusing, as cleaning dirty windows was the reason the company was hired. My mom is generally easy-going and agreed that the company could return at a later date to complete the interior window cleaning when she was feeling better. A portion of the bill was paid, even though the interior windows were never cleaned and the exterior windows were not properly cleaned either. The exterior windows remain just as dirty as they were before the service attempt. We simply seeking fair resolution for services that were paid for but not adequately performed.
